Documents to provide

These documents will be requested from you by email once the form has been completed and paid. We then take care of putting them in the right format to minimize the risk of refusal, you can send them to us in the format of your choice.  Documents must be legible, so you can compare them to your manually entered data. Minors must provide the same documents as adults.

All documents must be sent to us once the form has been completed, to the address contact@idnvisa.com specifying the tracking number for your procedure, indicated in the confirmation email

  • A passport which expires more than 6 months after arrival in Indonesia
  • a ID photo
  • A plane ticket round trip
  • Financial evidence equivalent to at least USD 2,000 over the last 3 months (for 60-day visas only)

Passport

A color scan of the passport page with your date of birth, passport number, etc.

⚠️ Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Indonesia. This cannot be a green emergency passport, nor a diplomatic one.

ID photo

A color scan of an ID photo, respecting passport photo standards: clear, without folds or marks, without over-exposure or under-exposure. It can be square or rectangular.

Ideally, photos should be more than 350px wide and tall. You can take your own photo, as long as you respect the constraints listed.

Airline tickets

The reservation of your outward and return flights for every traveler. They must travel at the same time.

If you have not yet purchased your return or onward ticket, we will advise you on a specialized service that will allow you to obtain this document.
